I couldn't get a better companion for my property search process than Nikita. He was very responsive and efficient. He listened to my needs and suggested many properties and followed up on my suggestions as well. 1) Listening ability - both LJ and in this case Alex were able to really take the time to listen to what we were hoping to find
2) Fast and accurate follow ups - from price comparable and possible rentals, to inspectors and contractors there is a standard format that makes understanding the info easier
3) Honesty - when giving his opinion and advising you on decisions LJ and the team are able to give an honest and unbiased opinion, sometimes meaning they could stand to make less but in the best interest of his customer. This goes a long way
