Respecting the built context, favoring quality materials, maximizing natural light and allowing varied and pleasant layouts, the project consists of 12 divided condo units, composed of 2 semi-detached buildings where the owners share a backyard. The courtyard has a common living area and private outdoor storage.

Building built by SKYECO. This real estate developer specializes in the development of projects on a human scale and makes it a point to ensure quality control of all its sites, at each stage, from design to construction.
